Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read this refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products – 7 Day Refund

For digital products, customers may request a full refund within 7 (seven) calendar days of the purchase date.

Conditions

  • The refund request must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
  • After the 7-day period has passed, digital product refunds are no longer available.

If the request is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.

2. Physical Products – 30 Day Return Policy

For physical products, we offer a 30-day return policy under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • The item must be returned and received by us before a refund is issued.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2.1. EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Return the item within 14 days after notifying us

Items must still be returned unused and in original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Return Process

To start a return:

  2. Provide:
    • Your order number
    • Reason for the return
    • Photos if the product is damaged or incorrect
  3. Wait for return instructions.
  4. Return shipping instructions and the return address will be provided after the return request is approved.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless:

  • the item arrived damaged, or
  • the item received was incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

4. Refund Approval

Refunds are processed only after:

  • We receive the returned item.
  • The item passes inspection and meets return conditions.

Once approved:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund Processing Time

Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used products
  • Products damaged by misuse or improper handling
  • Products returned without prior contact
  • Digital products after the 7-day refund period

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or videos clearly showing the issue

We will provide one of the following solutions:

  • Free replacement, or
  • Full refund

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed and shipped.

Once the order has been shipped, it must follow the standard return process described above.
